Final cleaning € 30.00 (for studio apartments and two-room apartments), € 40.00 (for three-room apartments 4ppl and three-room apartments 6ppl)
(excluding the kitchenette that the kind guests will leave perfectly clean at the end of the stay)
Internet connection in the apartment – Prices do not include the tourist tax
Check-in from 15:00, check-out before 9:00
From late June to mid-September stays are from Saturday to Saturday
From April to May and from mid-September to closing, opening only on weekends, for events or holidays and long weekends
The prices already include:
The utilities consumption (electricity, water and gas), air conditioning usage, bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week (bed, bathroom and kitchen),
The apartments are equipped with satellite color TV, safe, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, telephone, bathroom with shower cubicle equipped with linen, large balcony, parking, hairdryer and kitchen complete with dishes
Extras on request:
Baby cot € 21.00 per week
Additional bed € 35.00 per week (only for Studio flat and Three rooms 4ppl)
Extra linen change:
- bathroom kit € 3.00
- double bed kit € 5.00
- single bed kit € 3.00
High chair Euro 15.00 per week.

General conditions
The premises must be vacated by 9:00 am and are delivered up from 15:00.
The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total price which must be received no later than 10 days from the time of booking.
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures
